To find the answer you do 4 divided by 5 which = 0.8
Then, you move the decimal over two spaces to the right or multiply it by 100 and there's your answer. So, doing this you get:
80%

Next look at 5 going into 40, which = 8. This gives you the answer 0.8 this is the answer of 8tenths. To form a percent multiply the decimal by 100 (or move decimal two places to the right) because % is always out of 100. Place a % sign at the end and rid the decimal. soo your answer is 80%
