    C is coasters and b are boat rides

    4c + 3b = 37

    c + b = 10

    c = 10 - b, substitute into the first equatiom

    4 (10 - b) + 3b = 37

    40 - 4b + 3b = 37

    40 - b = 37

    -b = - 3

    b = 3

    now substitute into second equatiom

    c + 3 = 10

    c = 7

    A) r + b = 10

    B) 4r + 3b = 37

    -3r - 3b = - 30

    4r + 3b = 37

    r = 7

    b = 3

    7 roller coaster rides = 7*4 = 28 tickets

    3 boat rides = 3 * 3 = 9 tickets

    37 ticket total
