    Simplify the following:

    ((3 x^4 y^3) / 2) ^2

    Multiply each exponent in (3 x^4 y^3) / 2 by 2:

    (3^2 x^ (2*4) y^ (2*3)) / (2^2)

    2*4 = 8:

    (3^2 x^8 y^ (2*3)) / 2^2

    2*3 = 6:

    (3^2 x^8 y^6) / 2^2

    2^2 = 4:

    (3^2 x^8 y^6) / 4

    3^2 = 9:

    Answer: (9 x^8 y^6) / 4
