Laura hiked up lamb's canyon i 2 hrs and then ran back down in 1hr. her speed running downhill was 2.5 mph faster than her speed hiking uphill. How far up the canyon did she hiked

    Km running speed is twice as fast as hiking up, thus 2.5mph greater for running speed would be 5mph. It took 1hr to run back which gives you the exact amount of miles Laura covered running back. 5mph X 1hr = 5 miles
