They stop there for an hour for a morning snack, and then travel on to Nashville to setup for a show that night. The time Roy will arrive Nashville for set up is 9:30 am

    Step-by-step explanation:

To get their arrival time in Nashville, we will have to add the time spent on the road to the time the journey started.

Time journey started = 2:00 am

Time spent from Cincinnati to Knoxville = distance / speed

    = 260 / 65 = 4 hours.

Time spent during breakfast = 1 hour

    Time spent travelling from Knoxville to Nashville = 175 / 70 = 2 hrs : 30 minutes

    Hence, total time spent on the road = 4 + 1 + 2.5 = 7.5 hours.

Therefore the time Roy will arrive Nashville for set up is 9:30 am
