You are decorating your bedroom. To get the paint colour you want, you mix 2 parts red with 3 parts cream and 1 part blue.

How much cream and blue paint will you need to mix with 4 litres of red?

    2 red, 3 cream, 1 blue-so if you have 4 liters of red,

    they multiplied each part by 2.

    so 2 red x 2=4 liters of red

    3 cream x 2=6 liters of cream

    1 blue x 2=2 liters of blue
