The Area of a rectangle or stock growth chart is 1344 square inches. The length of the chart is 32 inches. Using the correct number of significant digits, what is the width of the chart?

    The Area of a rectangle is : A = L*W ... L : the length W : the width

    W = A/L

    W = 1344 / 32

    W = 42 inches
