at a farm the ratio of cows to horses was 7; 2 if there were 21 cows at the farm how many horses were there, the answer is 6, how do you get that answer?

    since 21 is the amount of cows then you find what 21 divided 7 is with then leads you to 3 so that means you have now multiply 2 by 3 and you end up with 6 horse so the new ratio will now be 21:6
