    So 4 part almond

    3 part walnut

    8 part pecans

    used 40 oz pecans

    8 parts=40 oz

    divide by 8

    1 part=5 oz

    weight of walnuts=3 parts

    3 parts=3 times 5oz=15 oz

    total weight=parts added=4+3+8=15 parts

    15 times 5 oz=75 oz

    A: 15 oz

    B: 75 oz
