We have already known the area of a quadrilateral is: base * height ( = 400 sq. ft) Hence, let p become the base, then the height equals to 400:p or 400/p. Then we can state that the perimeter equals to (base + height) * 2, in this case, it is (p + 400/p) * 2 = 0
