Primero se multiplica el primer termino del primer paréntesis por los dos terminos de el segundo paréntesis, después haces lo mismo con el segundo termino y finalmente reduces la ecuación:
9x^2 + 6xy - 6xy - 4y^2=
9x^2 - 4y^2
