why is 10 to the power of 15 over 10 to the power of 4 equal to 10 to the power of 11? Explain or show your thinking.

    10 to the power of 15 so that is 15 tens and multiple it. once you get the answer for that you would then do 4 tens multiplied by each other. and than divide 1 quadrillion : by 10000 so that would be 100 billion. then you get to the 10 to the power of eleven which would be 100 billion.

    also you could do is 15 - 4 and do the math that way.
