    Area = 1/2 b * h

    30 cm^2 = 1/2 * (h + 44) (h)

    60 = h^2 + 44h

    h^2 + 44h - 60 = 0

    Using the quadratic formula

    h = 1.24

    b = 45.24

    or

    h = - 45.32 which is impossible.
