Write an equation, in the slope intercept form, of the line with an x-intercept at (3, 0) and a y-intercept at (0, - 5).

    Hello : let A (3,0) B (0,-5)

    the slope is : (YB - YA) / (XB - XA)

    (-5-0) / (0-3) = 5/3

    an equation, in the slope intercept form is : y - (-5) = (5/3) (x-0)

    y = (5/3) x - 5
