    80 * 130 = 10,400 square meters

    Perimeter = 2*80 + 2*130 = 160 + 260 = 420 meters

    A rectangular park that is 90 by 120 has a 420 meter perimeter but its area is

    10,800 square meters

    There are many such parks that would have the greater area than 10,400 square meters.

    The maximum would be a square rectangle that is 105 meters on all 4 sides, perimeter = 420 and its area would be 11,025 square meters
