    -4x + 3 = - 6x²

    6x² - 4x + 3 = 0

    ∆ = b² - 4ac

    ∆ = (-4) ² - 4 (6) (3)

    ∆ = 16 - 4 (18)

    ∆ = 16 - 72

    ∆ = - 56

    The answer is B.
