    Amount of water = 3077.2 mm^3.

    Step-by-step explanation:

    The radius = 1/2 diameter = 1/2 * 14 = 7.

The amount of ice in the cone = it's volume.

    The volume of the cone = 1/3 3.14 r^2 h

    = 1/3 * 3.14 * 7^2 * 60

    = 3077.2 mm^3.
