    X + y = 90; x - y = 14

    x = 52

    y = 38

    52 + 38 = 90

    52 - 38 = 14

    Let x, y be the angles. Assume x>y

    x+y=90

    x-y=14

    Solving the equations, we have

    x=52, y=38

    Hence the angles are 52 and 38 degrees
