Well, there's 2 1s, so I would say the the first 1 is in the hundred millions place. The second 1 (haha word play) is in the ones place.

Well, the first 1 is in the (hundred) millions place and the 1 towards the end is in the one's place
Just, put the numbers on a place value graph and the answer should come to you if you put them in the right order. If you don't have a place value grid then get a printable one off of the Internet
