    First solve the price of each charm

    $ 31.5 = 7x

    X = 31.5 / 7

    X = $ 4.5 / charm

    So the maximum amount of charms megan can buy for $ 75 is

    Y = $ 75 / $ 4.5 per charm

    Y = 16.67 charm since there are no fraction of a charm

    Then y < 16.67 charms
