The probability of drawing an Ace on the first draw is 4/52.

Having drawn an Ace on the first draw, the probability of drawing an Ace on the second draw is 3/51.

Therefore the probability of drawing 2 Aces is:

    (4/52) x (3/51) = 3/65.

The answer is 3/65 or 4.6%.
