    31 and 59

    Step-by-step explanation:

    Complimentary angles are angles which add to 90 degrees. The larger of the angles is "3 degrees less than twice the smaller". This is 2x-3. The smaller angle is x. Add them together and solve for x.

    2x-3 + x = 90

    3x-3=90

    3x=93

    x = 31

    The smaller angle is 31. The larger angle is 2 (31) - 3 = 59.
