    To find this you need the equation y=mx+b and you need to find b.

    Y=1

    X=6

    m=-2

    Now you have

    1=6*-2+b

    Now you have:

    1=-12+b

    Add 12 to both sides and get

    13=b

    Plug in b to the equation and your answer is y=-2x+13
