Rate of Change & Slope: Activating Strategy

Would anyone know how to answer this problem?

A plumber charges a fixed fee of $50 to show up at your house and then $60 per hour for repairs. The plumber is at the house for 6 hours. What is the constant rate portion of the situation? What would be the cost of the repair bill?

    The equation would look something like this: 50+60x (x being the number of hours the plumber worked)

    Since the price increases by $60 every hour, the constant rate would be $60. The total cost of the bill would be 50+60*6
