    the answer is 27.

    you take 18/4 wich equals 4.5 and then you multiply 4.5 by 6

    6 logs per 4 hours = 6:4

    (6:4) : 2 = 3:2

    (3:2) * 9 = 27:18

    therefore, 27 logs per 18 hours
