turn each number into an improper fraction

    27 1/2 = (2*27+1) / 2 = 55/2

    2 1/4 = (4*2+1) / 4 = 9/4

    55/2 divided by 9/4

    copy dot flip

    55/2 * 4/9

    220/18

    110/9 12*9 = 108

    12 2/9 weeks

or if we round 13 weeks
