    Remember that n is the figure of independent trials and p is the likelihood of success.

    For small p and small n, the binomial distribution is what we name as skewed right. That is, the mass of the probability falls in the smaller numbers 0, 1, 2 ... and the distribution falls away to the right. While, for large p and small n, the binomial distribution is what we know as skewed left. That is, the mass of the probability falls in the larger numbers n, n-1, n-2, ... and the distribution falls away to the left.
