    Functions will not have any repeating x values ... they can have repeating y values, just not the x ones. However, u r looking for the ones that are not a function ... so u r looking for the ones that have repeating x values.

    A. this is not a function because it has repeating x values of - 1.

    B. this is a function

    C. this is a function

    D. this is a function

    so the only one that is not a function is A. < = = ur answer
