    A) minute 1) diameter = 7.995946004446154 mm

    minute 2) diameter = 24.07378170048816 mm

    (I'll assume that you can round if necessary)

    B) The diameter of the new ink spot is roughly 3X larger

    (technically 3.01074841 X larger)
