How can you determine the sell price if you are given the regular price for the percent of markdown?

    If the markdown is by percentage then take the regular price and multiply it by the percentage as a decimal. Then take that answer and subtract it from the regular price.

    Example: $25 with a 20% markdown

    25*.20=5

    25-5=20

    $20 is the sale price
