The five ways a person can dispose of his estate are as follows; first, a person can ignore or disregard making a will, in this case the law will dispose of the person's estate. Second, the person can put all of his property into joint ownership, in this case he and his partner (vice versa) jointly own all the properties, if one of them died, the other person will be receiving the property and becoming the sole owner. Third, the owner can create a will, which distributes outright all of his estate to one or many named persons or even institutions. Fourth, the owner can create a will leaving his estate in trust. Fifth, the owner can dispose all of his estate, while the owner is still living by placing it in a living trust or by simply, giving it away.
