    0.69

    Step-by-step explanation:

    A: obese

    B: diabetes

    P (A) = 61

    P (B) = 31

    P (A and B) = 23

    P (A or B) = P (A) + P (B) - P (A and B)

    P (A or B) = 61 + 31 - 23 = 69%=0.69
