a. After how many years would Janine's salary be the same with both companies?

b. What would that salary be?

    it would be $5200 honestly it took quite some time to figure it out

    28000 + 3000·x = 36000 + 2000·x - -> x = 8 years

    b)

    28000 + 3000·8 = $52000
