If pqr is supplementary to xyz and the measure of xyz equals 110 degree, then what is the measure of pqr?

    Supplementary angles add to 180, therefore we have:

    pqr + xyz = 180

    and we also know that xyz = 110, so we substitute and solve:

    pqr + xyz = 180

    pqr + 110 = 180

    pqr = 180 - 110

    pqr = 70

    so the pqr angle is 70 degrees
