There are 10 light bulbs in a bag. Two are defective. Select a light bulb. What is the probability of selecting a light bulb that is not defective?

    8 out of ten bulbs are not defective.

    Therefore the probability is 8/10

    This can be simplified to 4/5 or 0.8 or 80%
