I dont know how many pounds are in an ounce but I'll give you an explanation using kilograms and grams as an example and I'll talk you through it

let's say I have a 13 g box of cereal for $3.99.

I do a ratio to work out 1 kg

13 g : $3.99

1000g : x

In your case your going to write

13 ounces : $3.99

to find x you 1st have to take the 2 numbers you do know and divide them

so in my example I do 1000g:13 g = 76

then I take 76.92 and I multiply it by the other side

$3.99 x 76.92 = 306.91

for me 1kg of cereal is worth $306.91
