Solve for x: 6 x2 + 2x - 3 2 = 0

    I think the answer is 10 because:

    6x2=12

    12+2x-32=0

    make the like terms together = 12-32+2x=0

    = - 20+2x=0

    again make the like terms together = 2x=0+20 [sign changes when it goes to the other side]

    so, 2x=20

    x=20/2 [ multiplication will change into division when it goes to the other side]

    therefore x=10
