If Robert has $45 and has decided to double that amount every month, how much money will he have after 16 months? Robert's earnings can be described by the function y = 45 * 2^x. (Put that function into your calculator, graph and go to table and find when x = 16 months).

    y = $45 * 2^16

    y = $2949120
