How does dividing mixed number compare with dividing fractions?

    Dividing mixed numbers is when you take a mixed number divided by a mixed number and make then fractions. Here's an example:

    (Example) ~5 1/5 divided by 3 1/3

    5x5=25+1=26. 26/5

    3x3=9+1=10/3

    26/5 divided by 10/3 = 26/5 multiplied by 3/10 = 78/50

    Dividing Fractions is when you turn 2 fractions and make them into a multiplication problem. Here's an example:

    (Example) ~ 2/3 divided by 4/8

    2/3 multiplied by 8/4

    2/3 x 8/4 = 16/12~ Which turns into 1 4/12
