    Answer: the circles radius is 2

    The equation for circumference of a circle is 2*pi*r

    And the equation for the area of a circle is pi*r^2

    The only way both of these equations can be true is if 2r (pi) = (pi) r^2

    Or

    2r=r^2

    And when is the square of a number equal to two times the number? When the number is 2

    So the radius must be 2
