Kenneth will paint two bedrooms. he buys 8 gallons of paint and uses 2/3 of that amount on the first bedroom. Kenneth estimates that he will need 3 gallons of paint for the second bedroom. does he have enough paint left to paint the second bedroom?

    Kenneth will have enough paint to paint the second room. He has 1/3 left over from the first and then he buys an amount of paint that is over another 1/3. Then you add those together and you have more than 2/3 which is enough to paint the room.
