A rectangular prism has a length of 20 in., a width of 2 in., and a height of 314 in. The prism is filled with cubes that have edge lengths of 14 in. How many cubes are needed to fill the rectangular prism? Enter your answer in the box.

    Volume formula of a rectangular prism is V=whl the V=12,560

    area formula of a cube is A=6a² a=side length the A=1,176

    divide the volume by the area so 12,560 : 1,176 ≈ 10.68

    so only 10 cubes could fit
