this cannot be a whole number due to 390 being larger than 3 which makes 0 our first place value.
3 must become 3000 in order for it to be dividable. which means our answer is now 0.00
3000/390 equals 7, with some remainder
0.007
then we have 270 as the remainder, but we carry down a zero to make it 2700
2700/390 equals 6
0.0076
360 being our remainder, but we add a zero to make it 3600
3600/390=9
and the rest is pretty minor so your answer is 0.00769
or if this is a typo you did, then 390 divided by 3 will be 130
