At the mall, Sarah bought three sweaters. Two of them cost the same amount, and the third cost $22.50. If Sarah spent a total of $58.50, how much did each of the two equally priced sweaters cost?

    2x = 58.5-22.5

    2x=36

    x=18

    The sweaters cost $18
