The population of a school of fish increases at a rate of 12% per month. There are currently 500 fish in the school. Find the amount of fish there will be in the population after 3 months. Round to the nearest whole fish.

The yearly profits of a start-up company is $25,000. The profits have been decreasing by 6% per year. What will the company's profits be in 8 years? Round to the nearest dollar.

Steps would also be great! I can't seem the grasp the concept of Exponential Growth and Decay
