One tenth of an hour is 6. Making 7 tenths, 42. So he has 42 minutes to water the lawns. Next, you would divide 42 by 3.5 to equal 12. Therefore he has 12 minutes to water each lawn. 12 minutes is 1/5 of an hour as 12 goes into 60, 5 times.
