My number has 2 hundreds, which means the number starts with 2

it says the tens digit is 9 more than the ones digits. If the ones digits was 0, then the tens digit would be 9. If the ones digits was 1 or more, then the tens digit would be 10 or more, which is impossible.

The number is 290
