    The regression line is

    y = ax + b

    where

    a = [ (Σy) (Σx²) - (Σx) (Σxy) ]/D

    b = [n (Σxy) - (Σx) (Σy) ]/D

    D = n (Σx²) - (Σx) ²

    Therefore,

    D = 12 (396) - 66² = 396

    a = [588*396 - 66*2244]/396 = 214

    b = [12*2244 - 66*588]/396 = - 30

    Answer:

    The regression line is y = 214x - 30
