    Since both triangles ABC and PQR are congruent, this means that measure angle B = measure angle Q

    Therefore:

    3v + 4 = 8v - 6

    4 + 6 = 8v - 3v

    10 = 5v

    v = 10/5 = 2

    Therefore:

    measure angle B = 3v + 4 = 3 (2) + 4 = 6+4 = 10

    measure angle Q = 8v - 6 = 8 (2) - 6 = 16-6 = 10

    You will find that the two angles are equal due to the triangles being congruent as mentioned before
