Z² - 6z - 27 = 0
z² + 3z - 9z - 27 = 0
z (z+3) - 9 (z+3) = 0
(z+3) (z-9) = 0
z + 3 = 0 or z - 9 = 0
z = - 3 z = 9
Answer: z=-3 and z=9
